Yay/Nay

Most of my tech stuff lately has been Kindle2 related, and today is no exception.  This is really just a short post telling you to visit THIS ARTICLE on CrunchGear.  It’s a great breakdown of 10 ways Kindle/ebooks are great and 10 ways it’s not so great.

Over the past few weeks I’ve been changing my opinions a lot on the subject and have even been contemplating getting one for my own experiments to form an actual opinion rather than biased blithering.  Granted, I have pretty firm faith that I’ll always be a traditional book person since I’m fairly intune with my learning style.  There are a few things that sway me to part-time ebook reading and I can accept why others might like (or love) eReaders.  The article sums things up much better than I can at the moment.

7. Flight attendants will tell you to turn it off on take off and landing. You can’t explain that it’s epaper and uses no current. You just can’t. It’s like explaining heaven to bears.
