Cleavage!

3rd April, 2009 3 Comments

Apparently, I’ve been living in a bubble the past few weeks as I have no clue what’s going on in the world.

Like the fact that today is NATIONAL CLEAVAGE DAY.  I read about it here, and the fact that there’s a Wikipedia page means it must be true…cause I read it on the internets.  Granted it’s a South African holiday, but that’s beside the point.  This blog is called STACKED for boobs’ sake!  I should be celebrating with something low cut.

And here I am, totally over dressed and inappropriate because my shirt has a high collar on it.  To make amends and celebrate the day, I should be reading something about boobs.  Instead, I’m finishing up What Would Audrey Do? And Audrey clearly would not be going around with her cleavage hanging out.

In other “National Holiday News” that I wasn’t aware of but am at least ahead of the game with, the Read-a-Thon during which I will be raising money for the Brooklyn Public Library happens to coincide with National Library Week.  So that works out quite well.

Remember, I’ll only be reading books that I’ve checked out from BPL and need your suggestions soon so that I can put them on reserve.

the only books I can recommend are “young adult” or children’s literature, but I can suggest some good ones! I don’t know what your requirements are ;)

YA is fine – some light reading will be good when I start getting tired at hour 20.
